Bad service

Me and my family went to McDonald's cradlestone mall on 27 December 2024. When we got there we were overlooked as if we don't exit, i ask a gentleman where do we place orders, he answered me with an attitude over there.we placed our order 3x happy, meals 1x big mac fiest large meal, 1x big mac medium meal and 1x chilli cheese fries. When we received our oder it was messed up got two medium burgers and drinks which of we haven't received one burger we had to go back to ask what's happening. I have to say the level of unprofessionalism is very pathetic
