Most pathetic service ever
The most pathetic service I have ever received , I waited more than 30 mins for something that is supposed to be fast food service , people that ordered way after me got their food before me , only when I went to ask about my order did they start with my food , the lady at the counter was very unhelpful when I went to ask about my order , she barely looked at me when I tried to get her attention like she didn't care at all about my order or what I had to say , I had to wait 5 mins to speak to the manager as well , who also looked very uninterested in me and my complaint , as someone who also works in customer service , this is totally unacceptable , a customer isn't necessarily always right , but you have to at least listen to a person and show some interest in what the customer is saying . And my food was wrong as well even after they took long , they couldn't get the order right .The service was really pathetic and unacceptable . I don't even have words to describe how bad it was .
