Your service is bad

I took my car for a minor service as per your request i delivered the car at 7h30 am , was attended by Brett Na***a he really needs to be taken back for training or be taught how to deal with customers. I called at 13h00 to ask when the car will be ready the only answer he gave me was its not ready you will be called once its ready, he never bothered to check for me how long will it take , i asked him again \how long should i wait"he responded with the same answer"
