****y! Disgusting! PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED from NISSAN McCarthy randburg on Malibongwe Drive!

Last year November I purchased a car at NISSAN McCarthy Randburg. Not knowing that I was being taken for a ride I was sold a reject car that consistently gave me problems after problems. From worn tyres to a CD shuttle that is not playing to oil leaks. A lady by the name of Andiswa Buqa and her manager Manie Du Toit are the worst ****** I have ever come across with!! Andiswa gave me misleading information about the car! When I complained about the car Manie seemed to be very understandinh about my situation trying to sweet talk me into rather buy another car from them instead refusing to fix the car telling me I am the one who broke it!!!!I have never felt so humiliated and cheated like that! Sending me back and forth with no results!! I am now sitting with a car that is less than six months since I bought it but is consistently giving me problems and they are refusing to fix yet I experienced problems with it from day one till the car broke down. I kept going to the dealership reporting problems after problems and Manie kept sending me back and forth making me a fool! I have never experienced such disgusting service in my life! Worst part the manager Manie du Toit even said " you know I would the same thing and return the car if I experienced the same problems and I would feel cheated if I was misinformed about the car, I will help you" I gave up on his empty stupid promises!

NISSAN customer service didn't even bother to assist me. They kept pushing the blame on the dealership and telling me they would close the case. How can you close a case with no resolution.

I ended up giving up on them!!! The way I despise Nissan brand. I feel like puking everytime I see their cars in the road even worse when I have to pass their dealership on Malibongwe in Randburg! If you want to be cheated on and be treated like ****. Go to Nissan McCarthy Randburg! They are ****** who are only after sales and don't care about customer service instead they will give you misleading information about a car!!!!! ANDISWA BUQA ! MANIE DU TOIT! You will not get away with this!!!!!!!!

I have learnt a lesson from this customer experience. No family member or close friend of mine will purchase any Nissan Car Brand! Service sucks! Being given misleading information about a car as if I'm getting it for free ! Why give misleading information as if you are selling to an illiterate person? I feel like I have been taken advantage of and cheated on customer service rights! I can never trust any Nissan Car dealership! Not after this experience!!!
