Hi, everyone i just baught a Toyota Urban Cruize 2024 1.5 engine size , the car hasn't finish even a month and i am encountering reverse gear problems , taking the car to the dealership they lubricated the gears and claimed to have been finxed two days down the line it got worse, and i phoned their head office my car was taken in today.however they told me at the dealership they don't know what causes the difficulty for manuvering reverse gear so they don't know how long they will take to work on the car . The unfortunate part of it all i have no car now and no transport to work , worse it december i need to transport family up and down for holidays . please help me in this regard what can i do
