wrongly registered as an employee

<p>I m working at Shoprite since 2009 and it's my first employer, in 2011 I bought a car at McCarthy vw in pretoria. In 2013 I went on maternity leave so when I app**** for UIF benefits, the department of labour indicated that according to their system I am working for McCarthy. After a long struggle I managed to get a letter from their Human Resource that indicated I never worked for them. Now in 2016 I am on maternity leave again and I'm struggling to get the letter from Mccarthy, and my UIF claim is rejected. I've been trying to solve the problem since August with no luck. This is the third month of struggle..i won't get my UIF until mccarthy deregister me from their system and also confirm with a letter that indicates I never worked for them.</p>
