I purchased a new VW Amarok on the 14th February 2015, since then I have experienced a number of issues, some of which the dealership sorted out after having to take the vehicle back four times. The main issue is that the vehicle shakes terribly when you exceed 105km/hr, the dealership replaced the tyres and mag wheels but the problem still remained. Craig then likened the vibrating vehicle to the WIFI on a computer?? After failing to sort out the issues (Craig confirmed that he was unhappy with the vehicle) I requested that the dealership trade in the vehicle on a new vehicle - if I accepted the trade in offered I would move on. Failing which I would take the legal route. I gave the dealership 7 days to respond. After not receiving a response I handed the matter to my attorney who gave 7 days for them to respond or we would tender the vehicle back - they ignored so I delivered the vehicle back. After this they still refused to acknowledge the issues on hand and actually parked the vehicle on the street corned and sent the keys back to my attorney. to date they have not sorted the vehicle nor taken responsibility - I dont even have the log book. WHAT A TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP
