Worst service from bidvest McCarthy woodmead

I bought a Kia picanto from this dealership September 2018 which they said was in good condition and still had 3yrs service plan left on it, within a month from getting the car it started having problems with gears n I took it back to the dealership and they sent me to Kia sandton to get it fixed when I got there I was told my service book is outdated n they won't fix the car also they said the car needs a new gearbox...took it back to the dealership and they said they have sent it to Kia in boksburg only to find that they took it to their own mechanic which was not included in the service book and worst part they didn't replace the gearbox. When I realized that the service plan is outdated n gearbox not replaced I took it back to them to cancel the contract within the given period they agreed and promised to send me cancellation documents. Went back after a week spoke to Andre Horn who was rude n said they will not cancel the contract I can even take this to the lawyers if it suits me. Standard bank on the other side is not willing to assist me with the cancellation of the contract but forever on my case about paying for a car which is with the dealership from November 2018. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car with standard bank and this dealership. People like Dwayne Van Tonder and Andre Horn should not be manager because they do not have customer service s****s, there's no customer service all they car about is money the receive from the banks. Baddest service!!
