Worst Service Ever
Worst service ever received from VW Arcadia. My car is brand new and having endless problems with it. Car is still under warranty and dealership refuses to replace the faulty gearbox under warranty. It does not state anywhere that your warranty is voided if the car is serviced elsewhere besides vw but this dealership claims so. I am vw fan but after this experience i have noo faith in vw.
