Worst service but want you to pay more

<p>I serviced my car at McCarthy Toyota Arcadia on wednesday 9th November 2016. I instructed the service advisor that they must put all old parts in the car. But when I came to fetch the car, the job was half done, they did not even replace the engine coolant (they just put some bottles in the boot), there was no old parts inthe car as i requetsed. They went on to want me pay more for them not servicing my car correctly. Even their Service Manager is useless because he told me that my battery must be replaced, but when I went to Willard they checked the battery and it is 100% ok, even the green indicator shows on the battery. I have serviced my car since it was new at this agency (more than 80 % of the time), and I have realized they have been damaging the car all along. They have damaged some of the bolts /nuts on the breaking system when they replaced the break pads and discs on previous services.</p> <p>I would like to warn everyone servicing at McCarthy Toyota Arcadia to be aware, they will damage your car and charge you more. They couldn't even wash the car after service. The way, I look at it now is that I will never service my car at a Toyota agent. They are just looking for money and the service is poor, very poor.</p>
