WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

This morning i took my car to McCarthy Toyota CENTURION for a service, my mistake my pa booked the service at BARLOWORLD in centurion.I received a phone call from DAVID MONALEDI, he is really not good for McCarthy customer service.He phoned just to tell me that it is a big problem to service my car at the McCarthy branch and it is a lot of work to cancel my booking at barloworld.After a long argue the car has been serviced,he phoned again and said he can't wash my car and he will give me a voucher that i think is unacceptable.When i asked for the Manager number when i collected my car his ATTITUDE WAS BAD, he actually started screaming at me in the service centre and there was no voucher for a car wash. He did not even explained that the service was done and that everything was in order.I really think that the SERVICE at McCarthy Toyota is BAD. I would rather go to BARLOWORLD and buy my next car from that branch.
