Why should staff not be held accountable?

Yesterday 21/09/2015 I went to the centre to check if my battery was faulty or not. Shane did the test in presence of Gerard which produced a \good order' report. I then explained that on several occasions I had contacted Emergency assist to boost my car as it wouldn't start. I was told it's possibly something else faulty as the battery test showed the battery to be in good order. I then had to arrange to have my vehicle towed from 20km away
