WHY ME!!!

It all started when I took my car in for service in Jan when i dropped my car off. my service guy was not around and he apologised for the issues i had in the morning and we moved on, still on that day he kept on updating me on the progress of my car i was happy about that then he told me that i had chips on my windscreen and asked if they should repair them i said cool no problem. Then i came to fetch the car paid for my chips and they were still there, i told him about it i actually showed him and he said it's probably the glue, he also told me that my brake pads will last me till my next service, then about a month later i told him about it its been 11 Months and i still have the chips on my windscreen nevermind the fact that i kept on asking him about it and my brake pads need replacing. today i called to book my car in to replace my brake pads, the lady i spoke to was telling me that my car does not have a maintenance plan and i asked her how much it would be. The problem started when i asked her why i was told that they will last me till my next service and they didn't (I know that it all depends on how you brake and stuff) and i asked her a whole lot of questions she could not answer, if she could not answer them she should have told me that she cannot answer them and look for someone who can instead she changed her tone and said she is forwarding the call (in a very rude and annoyed manner) while listening to the music she hung up. she did not call me and i called her back she did not take my call nor did she call me back.
