Why Bidvest a huge success

<p>So my mom bought a car at Bidvest mcarthy in Pretoria June / July 2015, When purchasing this vehicle she was asked to take life cover by a bidvest insurance broker and she was told that if anything had to happen to her the car would be taken away if she did not take this so called cover , she was told this after she disclosed that she was recovering from cancer! In Novenmber 2015 my mom sadly passed away, obviously the payments stopped and we did not know of which insurances she was paying for. The car was repossed and Bidvest claimed that the cover lapsed because we did not report her death to them (apparently they were supposed to be our top priority during our grieving ) we reappealed and they then requested hospital records etc and an affidavit from my moms oncoligists, which we had to retrieve from the hospital and send to them thereafter they still declined saying she was already terminally ill!! Like Duh you guys were aware of that when you sold her the damn cover under false pretenses!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so sick and tired of insurance comapnies taking advantage of individuals, I hope to start a petition for people to cancel thier insurance policies and put their premiums into investments accounts so that is is there when they require it!!! why should we give these companies our money? all they are going to do when you need it is find a way or some sorry excuse for them to NOT cover you!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I would call this theft wouldnt you???</p> <p> </p>
