We just don't give a ...
So I took my new Jeep to this bunch of clowns at McCarthy CDJ Centurion for it's first service on Thursday. From past experience I should have known better. What an awful experience again. Afterwards I received an sms from them asking feedback on my experience, my response was that it was pathetic. This morning I received another sms telling me if I have a problem I must contact their main clown Steve Bosch! Wow they do not call you, you must call them! Shocking.
