We have been paying for this club for 8yrs tonight we called them to assist us with unlocking the door, they telling us they can’t assist because the address is not updated

We have been paying for this club for 8yrs tonight we called them to assist us with unlocking the door, they telling us they can’t assist because the address is not updated. It’s not the 1st time they come to the new house but now they telling us *** that they can’t assist. I don’t recommend this club at all such a horrible service after so many years with them. I’m disappointed
