Warranty Authorisation

This company take to long to approve claims and they just deliberately delay, when you have to claim for the vehicle they prolong the time.

My car has is waiting for authorisation for 2 days i cant event get a Car hire since my claim hasn't been authorised.

They don't get back to you to give you feed back how far is your claim.

They are always requesting unnecessary documents, they request them in bits and pieces.

I'm stranded i don't have a vehicle to travel home this Is a second day today.
