I purchased a toyota etios 2013 model, with a 180000 km warranty. The car started not to idle. When I took it to Mccarthy toyota Gezina, they found that a particular part required for replacement was within warranty agreement. They refuse to pay for labour charges, as they said my vehicle has missed a serivce, which is incorrect.

After their system verfied that my vehicle has not missed a service, they still refuse to pay for the labour charges saying that I did not do the "big 40" service. They do not advice me when bringing in the car for service that, not doing the big 40 service, could have an effect on the car warranty
