WARRANTY

I took my car in on the for mechanical problem, i have a warranty with bidvest, so i booked my car on the 16/11/2015,i was told that IUA needs a service report for the car,.I only bought the car 2013 December and when i purchased the policy they never explained anything service reprt for the car. The guy from IUA told me to go back to Mcartthy constantia to the person who sold the car to me, my car has been there for 8 days and i use my car on a daily basis, this has been inconviniencing for me.I feel the service is very bad , you dont even get feedback from them .I contact them daily to fond out and everyday they tell me the same story they are busy with query. I am so angry and dissappointed about all this
