waiting for more than an hour

I dropped off my car for a fault, after that, I was told to wait for a lift home, had to wait for more than an hour. In the afternoon, I got a call, was told the car will be ready at 14:00pm for pick up. I got there at 15:45, I was told to wait again for another 45 minutes. That is poor service
