VW - WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE EVER!!!

Bidvest Mccarthy Volkswagen Constantia Kloof - WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE EVER!!! Since August last year I have bought four brand new vehicles from this dealership. My recent Polo's which were purchased has faults. These vehicles have been to the dealership three times and needs to go back as these faults are not rectified. The vehicles came back worse. Communication and workmanship from this dealership is poor. Worst service I have experienced. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are failing the VW brand. My sister also bought a brand new GTI and experienced bad service. She has now traded the car in at BMW.

My car was then bumped and damaged last week Wednesday and I was not informed!!! I only found out this week when I went to the dealership and saw the damage. This is a joke!! The initial problem is not sorted out yet. Feedback and service just gets worse. I was told I will get feedback today but nothing. I had to call the dealership.
