Vw warranty Is just a ripoff

Not sure how to express my disappointment with VW you think you have a warranty but it's just a useless service which won't even assist you when there comes a need, my car is giving me problems and the traction control system just failed and i was told it is the bearings and was told they would be able to replace them under my warranty ... an hour later i got another call that they won't be able to cover the cost as i might have taken my car to another dealer to fix the car which i never did and to my knowledge the car has never gone such repairs i'm so disappointed and frustrated that i have to now pay all this from my own pocked VW warranty is a useless service which should be s****ped wish i never bought this car. my car is currently in VW Constantia Kloof in roodepoort and don't even have the funds needed to fix it as i believe this should be under my warranty...
