Vw selling **** break pads

I bought breakpads sometimes last year or so at VW wonderboom....they look **** and I believed the original doesn't make black dust on the wheel....since I bought the car in 2016 the car has noise when I break....recently when I removed the I could see that it's **** and making dust on the wheels...and their break pads are breaking up they are not strong...
