VW poor service

i sent my car in for service only for VW Brits to tell me that they have been told the system cannot generate an order so clients should reschedule. that is utter nonsense, you cannot expect me to reschedule my life because of your own problems. we generate manual orders where i work, if the system is down. you cannot expect me to re-book another day fr service because no one at VW wants to think outside the box.
