Vw poor reliability

I Purchased A Brand New VW Golf GTD At The Beginning Of January 2018.I've Only Done 50 066 KM On This Car And Have Always Been A Customer Of Vw Because They Offer You The Speed,Comfort And Reliability That You Look For When Purchasing A Vehicle.

However My Experience With This Car Has Been Utterly Horrible ! It Seems As If VW Has Lost Their *Reliability* In The Last Few Years.Since Purchasing This Car,I Have Been Stranded On The Side Of The Road At Least Four Times Due To The Fact That My Car Refuses To Start.

I’ve Called Their Roadside Assistance And Have To Wait Upwarda Of 30 Minutes Just To Get Someone To Come And Assist Me.Today,The 16th Of November 2019,I Have Just Finished Work After A 12 Hour Shift,Just To Jump Into My Car That Will Not Start Again.I Do Not Use My Vehicle Without It Being Fully Switched On Nor Do I Leave My lights On Or Do Anything That Could Cause My Battery To Drain.

I Had Again No Choice But To Call VW Roadside Assistance And Only To Find That Someone Will Be At My Location Within The Next 60 Minutes When The Nearest VW Dealership Is Only 4,5 KM Away !

I Bought The VW Golf GTD Because It Offers Speed,Comfort,Reliability And A Very Good Consumption. It’s The Perfect Car For A Busy,On To Go Buisness Man But Here I Am,After Only 1 1/2 Years Regretting My Decision About Purchasing This Car.

The VW Maintenance Department Is None The Better.I Have A Maintenance Plan Which Means That For The Next Five Years Or 100 000 KM I Don’t Have To Worry About Things Such As Brakes,Battery’s ETC. But After Bringing This To Attention Of My Dealership,They Have Tested My Car Battery Twice And Both Times Told Me That Nothing Is Wrong. After Much Arguing That Something Must Be Wrong If This Has Happened To Me Multiple Times,The Had Promised Me That This Would Not Happed Again As Long As I Didn’t Do Anything That Could Cause It (I.e. Playing The Radio For A Long Period Of Time With The Car Being Switched Of ETC.) Yet Here I Am In The Same Predicament That I Was In Just A Few Short Months Ago.

I Believe That The Problem Is That VW Wants To Make Their Cars Futuristic With The Digital ****pits And All The Fancy Lights But Puts A Useless Battery To Maintain It.

I Have Always Been A Passionate VW Driver But After My Experiences With This Vehicle I Would Not Recommend Anyone To Buy One Nor Do I Think I Will Purchase One Again.

The Service Has Been Terribly Poor For Such An Outstanding Company.I Am Highly Disappointed.
