VW MENLYN SERVICE IS PHATHETIC

I am not impressed with Menlyn VW they don't communicate with me from time to time, they refuse to approve my claim under warranty because they say it's a wear and tear, i was driving and my car decided to act otherwise in the middle of the road because the gear level went dead, I could have had an accident or died,who would want to break gear level and be stranded without transportation?

I’ve been stranded without transport since Thursday the 27th of February till today and its heavily raining, nobody cares at vw Menlyn because the branch focuses on rich Afrikaans white people who reside in pretoria east,

I’m 100% sure that if it was a white person on the similar situation as mine they would have received a courtesy car so far,

nobody cares at vw menlyn because I bought the car at vw Hatfield, maybe if I bought the car at menlyn vw it would have been a different story, what I hate about dealerships is that they pay attention when you buy a brand new car because it’s sales and profit for the dealership but when its time for maintenance issues nobody cares they take you from pillar to post, my warranty is still active but i'm supposed to pay and my car is 53km ? what’s the use if having an active warranty and paying a car instalment every month when the warranty is not effective ? I might as well return the car because I’m not getting any satisfaction,VW menlyn told me that there was a batch of cars that had maintenance problems and my car falls on that batch but they are telling me ******* that it’s a wear and tear, this is utter ******* because they want to make money they don't care about customer service, they told me that I must pay 15000.00 for a new clutch kit, that’s a *******

I regret for taking my car to VW Menlyn because it's full of ******, Vw Hatfiled branch is the best branch ever that's why I service my car there even if I work in menlyn because I don’t mind driving there as I’m avoiding poor service from Menlyn
