VW McCarthy Parow sucks
They sold me a faulty, brand new car and refused to give me a new one after I got stuck several times following attempted repairs.
They didn't give me a courtesy car while the car was still at the workshop for close to two weeks. They also promised to deliver \the fixed car"this morning and I am still waiting.

"""

Best regards,
After my initial complaint of a faulty brand new car, my car was fixed and I didn't get a new car or a refund as I had initially requested. Now that there are more machanical/factory faults I'm not sure what else could go wrong and don't feel comfortable driving the car. My millieage is 13 000 km and I've never been in an accident. According to the dealership the retail value (2015 Polo Vivo 1.4 GP Blueline 5Dr) of my car is R135 000 but they are willing to buy it back at R120 000 instead of putting me in the same position I would have been in had the car not been faulty. I only bought a brand new car for reliability, safety and a hassle-free car experience and now that the car has been anything but that, I have to bear the brunt?
1. I could have easily bought a second hand to begin with but opted for brand new for the above stated reasons
2. Now that the car still has factory faults, I can't sell it to other people at a reasonable cost
3. If I want to buy a similar car by mileage, specs, make, model and year, I would need to pay more than what I'm receiving from tyhe delaership.
This is so unfair.
