VW McCarthy Money sucking dealership

On the 20th of July i took my car for my 30 000 service and my brakes had been worn off and they refused to claim this from my car warranty and i believe this is just too soon and i understand brakes are wear and tear items but they made no effort to even try and assist me, instead wanted to add it to my personal account to pay R4600 and i am complaining now because when i took my car for 15 000 km service my wipers fell off and they said it is wear and tear items and car warranty does not cover this (hence i do not believe them this time), i had to fight in order to get them to claim from the car warranty, i even have the emails i sent to the service consultant when they did not want to fix my whippers, so these 2 experiences showed or proved to me that everyone that told me that VW McCarthy only cares about putting money in their own pockets was right, the lady assisting me was not even bothered by the fact that i was unhappy, i regret buying my car at that dealership, their service is the worst in the world, not client centric at all, I AM DISGUSTED
