VW MASTERS CARS UMHLANGA

The worst experience ever. I purchased a polo eclipse for R149000 cash in October 2018. They have not given me the spare key after asking numerous times. The vehicle has a lot of faults which the dealership refuse to sort out. They had put in cheap brake pads that costs R140 and **** to me that it was original VW brake pads. My families life was at risk as the brake pads was also worn out. I will never purchase another vehicle from VW MASTER CARS UMHLANGA AGAIN. THEY MAKE ALOT OF EMPTY PROMISES.
