VW macathy Westgate sell cars that are not in good condition

I bought a car on the 11 January 2019, when I arrive home I noticed that there is oil on my pavement were I parked the car. I immediately called the salesperson at VW Macathy Westgate who was helping me I explained he said I must return it Monday the 14 January 2019 so that they can check it. I asked the sales guy that, you said the car was fully serviced but now now it has oil leaks how come, and he responded the technician who checked it he said everything is fine. Monday we took back the car and the salesperson took us to the technician, the technician was so rude even to the sales guy. He then said to us I do not speak to customers I work for vw macathy not you. The salesperson asked us to wait outside which we did. The sales guy then came and said that the is a problem with the crankshaft they ordered it we must leave the car. We then requested for a loan car for meantime while they are sorting out the car oil leakage problem. The sales guy called the manager and the manager said that they don't have loan cars we can take the car back until the have received the crankshaft they have ordered, when the crankshaft arrive they will come take the car in Pretoria were I work and they will update us of what is happening. Since the 14 January 2019 until the 16 January 2019 there was no communication. I had to call and ask for feedback as i am worried and driving a car that leaks oil. The sales person then said they will come peak it up. They did not come, the salesperson called me on the 17 January 2019 saying that his coming to peak the car. He arrived at Pretoria and he said the driver dropped him off he went back to vw macathy Westgate,he came to collect the car. I asked the salesman so if you came to collect the car what must I use if you do not have a loan car for me,he responded please speak to my manager they just asked me to peak the car. We spoke to the manager and he said he does not have loan cars so is up to us if we give the salesman the car or not or if we want to cancel the contract is fine they don't care. This experience has disturbed me I thought VW macathy is a big company that handles their customers with care and pride but after this experience I will never recommend anyone to do business at VW macathy Westgate they don't care about their customers all the care about is making sales with cars that are not in good condition. Poor service even the management is poor as well as the technicians servicing the cars.
