VW is useless!!!!

I bought a used WV car, early this year the radio was on safe mode and needed a code usually the code should be pasted on a user manual and in mu case it is not there, I called where I usually service my car that is Midbay Richardbay they said they will charge me for a code as I didnt buy the car from them. I have been trying to contact WV head office and I'm not getting any help I gave them my VIN number, my car serial number the works Still Im not getting help
