VERY POOR SERVICE - UNACCEPTABLE

I bought a vehicle from VW MCCARTHY MENLYN. When I received the vehicle, I noticed that the right rear door was bumped & scratched as well as right rear fender & backbumper. The dealer offerred to respray & fix the above mentioned damage at no extra cost. The rear bumper was not repaired to my satisfaction. They only put touch up paint to cover up the damage to the rear bumper & it's still looks horrific. No number plate as promised. After 3 weeks I still have not received my license disk & spare key as promised by TANIA DENNY to have it within a week. After numerous calls and messages, TANIA rep**** and stated that she did give the spare key to me, which is a utter lie.THIS IS HORRIFIC SERVICE I WANT ANOTHER VEHICLE End of story- NOT NEGOTIABLE! The glove box is also damaged not repaired as promised.I'm not going to tolerate this anymore! Next will be news papers and please do not buy a vehicle from VW MCCARTHY MENLYN. Spoke to BENNIE WELGEMOED - Principle with no joy to date. They also charged me R6000 OTR - NO EXPLANATION. I collected the car personally and was charged R1500 for license & Reg. What a rip-off !!!******** SERVICE!!!
