very poor service from club mccarthy

After paying subscriptions for over 9 years, today I simply wanted to get my battery jump started only to find out that my vehicle details were not updated. As if that was not enough the consultant kept on transferring m to a continually ringing line that was never answered. I've had to call 5 times with no luck. After so much frustration, i eventually wanted to cancel my membership as i'm clearly wasting my hard earned money and even this wasn't possible as I was either transferred to the wrong department or the phone just continually rang. To anyone thinking of signing up for this **** of a club please stay away ... it is just a waste of money
