VERY poor service at Ford Silverlakes

Went to Ford Silver lakes Thursday (14 April'16) looking to trade in my car and buy a Ford Eco sport 1.5 TDCI Titanium. Alton Ford helped us, I was sold on buying the Ecosport even before going to the dealership. He assisted us, before leaving he asked me am I actually serious about buy the car, as if I will be waisting my time there if I wasn't. Alton said he would phone me the next morning with my car's trade in value, which I had to phone him the Friday afternoon for feedback, he said he would get back within Min with the trade in value. NOTHING. Went there Friday again, wanting to show my father, no one even acknowledge us in the new car area, after 10 minutes we left and went to KIA where we were assisted immediately. Saturday the 15th April we went AGAIN, not being helped again, I saw Alton where he said he will phone me in 30 min with the value for my car, I AM STILL WAITING for the call. Very disappointed in the dealership. Not taking a young lady seriously. If I had to purchase a ford, is this the service I would get when taking my car in for service??<br> After the poor service, I would strongly discourage any one going to FORD SILVERLAKES to buy a car.
