Very Pooor Service they dont know what they are doing
<p>Buying a cheap car can have bad consequences sometimes. I bought a Toyota Corolla Professional around 2008 and it was towed into Hatfield McCarthy who diagnosed it with a dead engine (R 90 000). I towed the car to my house and my private mechanic realized it was a Stater. I ordered a Part in 2015 September in McCarthy arcadia and went several times they gave me an excuse that they changed management I am not sure what does management have to do with ordered parts , even today I have not received my part. That is why I opted for a Volvo. These car dealers are just ****. They play with people’s life. Don’t take anything they say as final</p>

Just to report on this matter. The Manger at Hatfield called me and i went to the dealer and they called the Mechanic who was working on the car and was asked questions and one of the questions they asked him did you check the starter and he said no , and was asked how did he come to the conclusion that the engine is damaged he said it was not turning.
and i was asked to bring the car for inspection and i brought on Saterday and they inspected and saw that there was nothing wrong with the car except the starter which was replaced and that was the last time i heard from Hatfield and the car is still going strong lol
