Very disappointing experience

I took my car in to be inspected after noticing an oil leak. The service manager advised me that it is not safe to drive the car, but that he could only assist me 6 days later to repair the car. He did not have oil to put into vehicle as a temporary measure and could not offer me any further assistance at the time. I was stuck. I booked the car in to be repaired as per the agreement of the service adviser and made arrangements to borrow a car from a friend who had to come a long way to pick me up. I called the service manager a day before to confirm everything was in order for the repair. Held on for a long time, left a message for him to call back, but he never returned my call. On the day of the repair I called him again to find out what the prognosis on the car was. He was surprised to hear from me and had not made any plans to repair my car on the day. I will never go back to that dealer. Their attitude towards their customers is appalling.
