Very bad and disappointing service

I went to McDonald's in East Rand mall in the morning to purchase the coffee with the doughnut and I was told they don't have doughnuts mind you it was around 8:30 okay fine then I went there again on my lunch to buy a meal and I stood there for like 45 minutes until I asked for them to cancel my order because I stood there until my lunch was over. No one said anything as we were there waiting for our food. Very disappointed and don't think I'll purchase there again. When they gave me my order the food was very untidy and inside lettuce and burger were falling out like it was a meal made for a dog
