Useless Useless company.

I bought a preowned Toyota Etios at Toyota Centurion. From day one I had a problem with the brake discs on the front wheels and they sold me the car with a towbad bud without the wiring done to tow a trailor. On Theusday 01 Aug 2023, I booked the car in to rectify the problems. They took the car in and at 17:00 I had to phone to find out where my car was. The lady there assured me she will find out and come back to me. 17:30 I had to phone back and then the lady told me I can come and fetch my car , but they have done nothing to the accept they have ordered the harness for the towbar tha will only be there on Thursday 03 Aug. They will then let me know when I must bring back the car so they can fix every thing. Now this is the worst service I have received from any company. I left my car there for a whole day for them to do nothing. What is even worse is the fact that I'm still waiting for them to call me to tell me when they will be able to get the spares for the job. Think befor you buy a toyota from this useless company. They have no after sale service, and are very expensive.
