Unsafe defective used vehicle sold

I purchased a defective hazardous used bmw 2010 with +- 77000 kms from Land Rover Constantia Kloof on Friday eve 29 May 2015.
On the Saturday 30 May 2015 the next day bolts fell of whilst driving and the manifold sc***** against the road causing sparks. Complained to the dealer on Monday 1 June 2015 and the vehicle was collected for inspection on 2 June 2015 and returned on eve of 10 Jun 2015. The strange noises still persisted and the saleman (Chabaud Botha) was notified but was referred to BMW to sort out through motorplan. On a family trip over this past weekend Saturday 13 June 2015, after only having the vehicle for 4 days in my possession more mechanical parts fell off (belts, pulleys etc) and the steering gave up whilst driving and my family and I was involved in a minor collision.
Saturday being a short day before 1.00pm I phoned the salesman to relate the incident and to take back this unsafe and defective car but he said he was busy and he never bothered to return my call. Feedback from the Dealer Principle (Nico Fourie) was I am sorry about your ordeal but I cannot take back this defective unsafe vehicle. A sale is more important than my family safety for this dealer.
