Unprofessional service

I ordered foreign currency from Bidvest in Blue Route Mall and dealt with Lynette. I required the currency by the Wednesday so I placed the order the Friday before I left. I was told that I could collect the currency the Monday. I did not receive any calls from the branch so I contacted them in the afternoon. I was told that it hadn't arrived yet, but it would be there by Tuesday and they would call me when it arrives. By Tuesday afternoon I received no feedback from Bidvest. I then had to make an application at Standard bank in Constantia who was able to assist me at short notice.
