********ly registering a car

I can honestly say I have never been this disgusted or upset. I bought a car privately from owner only to find out the car was registered in the Name of Mc Carthy N1 City. The contact person I got from the owner was Shaun Rees, to whom she requested the value of trade in on her car. Well someone booked the car as a stock item and somehow registered it in their name without the owners knowledge. When phoning Shaun last week he was more than willing to clear up this mess, now a week later he knows nothing of this agreement and the owner has to do it. Well the previous owners documents are null and void thanks to Mc Carthy's stuff up. Honestly all I want is to register my car in my name. Is that really to much to ask.
