Unhappy Customer

I have a VW Tiguan 7 seater which has a gear box problem. On the 2 August 2021 it gave a gearbox sogn and started malfunctioning the next day I took it to VW Emalahleni after 3 days they called and said thers nothing wrong with the car. On the 15th September it did the same thing sad part is we were rushing to hospital for my childs operation. I call road assistant they came and towed the car to the nearest dealership, remember the car is still under warranty. They arrange a lon car for a day and next day they came and collect it. I was so overwhelmed with so many questions they asked. Then i asked for a coutersy as the car is still with them they said they dont have cars at the moment they will let me know once they have 1, I waited but then I went to Emalahleni to complaon they said there nothing they can do because the car is not with them unfortunately i wasnt help so I laid a complain under VW Sa last week on the 1st so I was called on the 4th for arrangements of a car then they said we should have a credit cardwhich we dont have then the lady said it fine even if I fond someone who has and I fond 1 I called her on the 11th then she came with another storry and said the owner of the card must be available when I fetch the car and I must have his licence and so many stories and she said she going to call me Im still waiting it almost a month no car but instalments are paid according. Please help im tired. Unhappy costomer
