Unfair and unprofessional treatment from McCarthy VW Durban

I took my car to McCarthy VW Durban with just 2 mechanical issues, it came back with 2 more new issues.

They also gave me a quotation of R3400 to replace the leaking Wash Liquid Bottle which was fine when I gave them my car. When I insisted that this was as a result of their negligence, they fixed it without replacing the whole bottle, suddenly claiming that it was just a loose pipe.

The car also came back with vibrations when accelerating. All these issues were not there when they received the car.
