I signed an OTP three weeks ago for a polo according to specific specifications. Throughout the sale i was misled by the salesperson that the polo will be delivered as per my spec. After signing the OTP, the story changed almost daily. My signed OTP was modified without consent and without notifying me.I was told it was in my best interest! I spoke to the sales-manager who agreed to provide written feedback and facilitate the deal. I think he was aware of the underhanded dealings and never responded to any of my emails. I have a full trail of all the emails and the confirmation that he opened my emails. On Friday i was told that the towbar on the vehicle was supp**** with the wrong harness, The sale-person agreed telephonically that the dealership will refund the cost of the tracker unit as vehicle supp**** was not fit for purpose. When i sent an email to confirm this, the email was opened but not responded to. Now i am out of pocket because of your lack of integrity. I requested many times that the DP contact me but never received a call. Mccarthy is not a credible organisation and people should stay away. Mccarthy is an embarrassment to the VW Brand. I know they will not resolve!
