UNBELIEVABLE FROM VOLKWAGEN

I have purchased a brand new vehicle in October 2022, and from the time of purchased it has given me a mechanical error. Vehicle has been at the dealer back and forth and to no avail has it been sorted out. Its been 7 months and the vehicle has been at the dealer since 10th March 2023.

I need this issue to be resolved as i have dealt with VW SA and all im getting is they waiting on the dealership and having meetings. The person dealing with this complaint is Andre and Geo at VW Parow and yet its costing me to phone and find out what the progress is and to be told another meeting is being held regarding the vehicle, this meetings has been happening for the last 2+ weeks. zip feedback to me.

I have no clue the process as I'm not even being explained or given any proper feedback on all the meetings thats taking place regarding my compliant.

I would like this matter to be resolved as I'm being negatively impacted.
