Unauthorized fitting

I took my vehicle to the dealership for a service. The Dealer Principal without consulting the owner decided to fit the vehicle with the dealership branded registration plate holder. By doing this an extra set of holes were made with self tapping *****s into the plastic bumper. I expect the dealership to have requested permission to do so. A fiend of mine also took his vehicle to the same dealership. They then removed the steel backing to which the number plates were riveted to and fitted these branded backing and tied the number plate with cable ties.

Even if it was done to comply to the new legislation I feel strongly it should then be done as prescribed by the legislation and also with the permission of the owner not by instruction by the Dealership Principal as was explained to me.
