Unauthorized Debit order and not canceling

Without authorizing Mcarthy, they began debating my account for over 2 years.<br> I eventually managed to get hold of then to querie it, cancel the subscription and try get a refund.<br> <br> After being told it is now cancelled and will get a refund, I am still being charged and have not got a refund.<br> <br> This is disgusting service
