Unacceptable service at McCarthy

I am extremely disappointed with the service received at McCarthy. I have spent half a day there and comp**** with all of their requirements as requested with respect to the purchase of a vehicle. I have spent the next morning sorting out the insurance on this vehicle to expect delivery by the third day as advised by the salesman. I have advised them of the urgency of the vehicle, which they seemed to understood. After all these confirmations by me and the approvals from the bank, the salesman sends me an email saying the car is already sold to someone else. This process at McCarthy is unacceptable, you cannot offer me a vehicle that is pending finance by another client without informing me. He then asked me to come in to the branch and pick another colour, when i went there the next day, there were no cars there. It was extremely insulting.<br>
