Un-agreed upon deal & **** about amount as to what's in the contract

A while ago I went to AUDI Arcadia to look for a new car, I was assisted by Patrick Ngobeni who seemed very caring during the process of our deal. I told him from the get go that I would like to trade in my VW Polo for an AUDI A3 but I was not willing to pay anything above R5k, he showed me an AUDI A3 which is a 1.8 & I loved it but when he did the calculations it turned out that I would pay close to R7k & that was one commitment I was never ready to make and he also advised that it would be a bad idea. He then offered a 1.2lt version of the A3 and promissed to add a sun roof, s-tronic transmission, nice rims and leather seats since I wanted something that I would feel great in after my long akward hours of hard work in saving people's lives and serving our nation. He said a lady he did a deal for paid R4.5k for the same model and I was excited that I will get a great deal.

He then came back and advised that we should pull out some of the extras so that the amount would go down, we pulled out the s-tronic transmission and the sunroof and left the leather seats and the rims and he promissed to throw in a few extras and I asked him that I can only stretch to below R6k. He finalised and said that my monthly installment was going to be R5.8k and I agreed to the deal, the application went through and I traded in my old car. When we were at the signing stage of the contract as we were going through the contract on the screen in the presence of my brother, I asked about an amount that I saw on the contract which was R6.9k & he said that was the first installment & it was inclusive of the additional fees such as the admin fees so on, I agreed to that as long as the final installment would be the agreed upon R5.8k. As we were going through the contract on the screen, he insisted that we contact insurance & get the car insured & I believe he used that as a distruction for me not to pick up whatever ***** dealing he was doing. At some point he took quite some time to balance his calculations but I had put my trust in him as I innitially told him that I wasn't looking for a steep deal.

The first month went off which was R6.9k & I expected that. The second month went off and it was the same amount and that raised suspicision & I contacted them, the manager confirmed that it was my installment, I explained to him but he said I signed the contract. I went in and spoke to Patrick, he admitted making the mistake and offered that he will pay the difference if we sign an agreement but on a personal level. I declined that as it would not make sense unless the agreement was signed through AUDI as he is a representative of AUDI.

My brother is my witness on all these occassions as he was present.

I have been there deveral times and they don't seem to care, they keep saying that they can't do anything about it. I contacted the call center but no assistant or solution was offered.

I love my new car and I'm enjoying it but I can't be paying so much money for a 1.2lt AUDI A3, that is so unacceptable. I feel ****** and cheated on and I feel that AUDI or Mccarthy does not give a **** about their clients.

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED AND I NEED A SOLUTION TO THIS BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY SO MUCH.

Lebogang
