TOYOTA McCARTHY MIDRAND LIES AND FALSELY ACCUSES

In a nutshell, my Toyota etios was sent for its first service (10 000km) and i reported the problem, it was said to be fixed, but they never did. As i went back a few times for the same problem and other problems instigated by this one, they didn't fix it but charged me for it. They then said it was me (the client) who caused the damage, (battery acid that leaked all over) so they wont help me. i went to the Motor ombudsman as well but their service is just as bad. its been almost 2 years of constant fighting. Nothing was done to date. I have typed a mail with all the details, and have specified everything, i also have all the evidence needed. I now trust in HelloPeter because i have no where else to go and they have not ever let me down.
